I’ve spent most of my life connecting with and empowering incredibly resilient people from all walks of life, sometimes in the most shocking circumstances.

This allowed me to focus on the greatness in every person I connect with. It has also made me passionate about helping high achievers like you play bigger, and nudge you to do what you are meant to do in this life.

By the way: in case you wonder my name is pronounced Tee-Lan :-)

Over the years, I have done some pretty incredible stuff including...

• Pleading a case in front of the Supreme Court in the Netherlands
• Negotiating with Khmer Rouge Commanders in the remote Cambodian Jungle
• Advising judges and prosecutors while drinking Rakija in Bosnia-Herzegovina
• Taking part in the prosecution of war criminals in The Hague
• Delivering training in special places like remote Aboriginal Lands and Cambodian Killing Fields
• Resolving 100+ workplace and team conflicts
• Coaching amazing & super smart leaders from all over the globe
• Writing an Amazon best-selling book

My life & career has been everything from an amazing journey to a roller coaster ride.

At 25 I started my career as a barrister, unaware that I was a leader in the making.

I had to create visions & strategies, negotiate and advocate like a badass to get all parties on board, have the confidence to persuade judges to choose my point of view.

In a nutshell: I had to step out of my comfort zone all the time.

I didn’t settle for this cushy and prestigious position but kept pushing myself and landed a dream job within the United Nations for whom I worked for over a decade.

Then I moved, mid successful career, to Australia… and had to start all over again before starting my own prosperous business as an accredited leadership & team coach and mediator

Spoiler Alert!

This career didn’t fall into my lap…. I worked hard, made mistakes, failed miserably at times and learned some things the hard way.

Had ups and downs, raised children, one of whom survived a life-threatening disease, moved countries 4 times and changed careers throughout.

I not only survived but learned to thrive through dodgy and dangerous situations, corporate merges, horrible bosses, huge culture differences, incredible office politics and questionable work cultures.

I took huge risks and had to grow a pair of balls.

As a result, I now have a reputation as a leader others respect, ask for advice and want to follow.

And one thing I know for sure.

I would not be where I am now if I had received help from some amazing leaders more experienced than me.
